The arts are considered an essential perspective for any society in needs to progress; however, some people think that the state is losing its money when it spending on the arts. To a certain extent, I agree with this view because there are many major issues deserve the same attention.

The traditions and customs of a community can be thoroughly conveyed to the foreign countries through the arts of this community. For instance, my country holds many art events annually in the season of tourism to convey our habits, cultures, and norms to the tourists. In addition to this point, the parents utilize these events to teach their children about the origin and history of their country. Moreover, many countries may be published their language around the whole world by exploiting their art events. Therefore, recently, the government pumps more money toward the improvement of arts; but, this situation faces many arguments from some people.

These people believe that there are many challenges such as unemployment issue, healthcare architecture, and education system face the community and they are very serious for the community if the country would treat with them carefully. Consequently, the responsible persons should interest to remedy these problems as well as allocating much money to accomplish their enhancement. the joblessness rate is so hazard in the road of country development so; some countries build many projects to absorb the energy of youth in direct of production, which is fruitful for any developing country, and to protect them for delinquency. For example, Egypt sponsored many youngster conferences to stimulate them to work hardly because they are cornerstone of the country. The education and healthcare systems play a vital role for any society so; the society ought to fund these systems to foster their levels.

In conclusion, the arts are very important for the countries and deserving money to convey the cultures of the countries around the world. However; the education and healthcare systems, and unemployment issues deserve more money than arts because they have the strong impact to develop a society.
